Cycle Shelters

ESL Cycle shelters provide practical storage whilst complementing and enhancing their environment. Available in various styles and sizes to suit individual requirements they are designed to complement and work with our cycle stands. They can be fitted with cycle stands on a toast-rack system, or singular Sheffield stands sub surface or surface mounted.

Product Specifications

Materials – Our products are available in a range of materials including: Wood, Aluminium, Galvanised Mild Steel, Stainless Steel and Cast Iron.

Construction – Mild steel racks and stands are manufactured from 50mm x 3.2mm galvanised mild steel tube. Shelters and Compounds are made from 60mm x 60mm x 3mm box section galvanised mild steel.

Product Specification – Selected RAL Colours are available for our powder-coated products, please see the colour reference below.

Other colours are available on request – please ask for details.

Bolts are internally fixed using captive nuts to eliminate unsightly and potentially hazardous external nuts and threads.

Product windows and canopies are made with 5mm Pet-G. All fixing straps are aluminium and all bolts and fixings are either aluminium or stainless steel. All ground fixings anchors have tamper-proof security heads.
